About Drifty Master
Drifty Master is a 3D roadster racing game with drifting at its core. Your car races along tracks full of bends and obstacles, and the way through every corner is to slide it round with perfect timing. Each level is a short challenge, and there are 200 of them, so there is always another one waiting.
Progress is about more than skill. As you clear levels you collect rewards, which you can spend on upgrading your car or unlocking new ones. A better car makes the harder levels easier to handle, giving a clear sense of improvement as you work through the game.
How to play Drifty Master
Controls
On a computer, use A and D or the Left and Right arrow keys to steer and drift. On a phone or tablet, tap the on-screen buttons. The car drives forward on its own, so all of your attention goes on the corners.
Levels and obstacles
Each level has its own track and difficulty. Obstacles and barriers line the route, and touching them can end your run. Read the track ahead and plan each drift before you reach the bend.
Upgrades and new cars
Between levels, the garage shows your current car's stats. Use the Upgrade button to improve it, or unlock new cars as your rewards grow. Then press Start to begin the next level.
Tips for clearing levels
- Drift early, not late. Starting the slide just before the bend keeps you clear of the outside barrier.
- Use short presses. Small inputs give smoother lines than long holds.
- Replay tricky levels. A level that seems impossible is usually about one corner; learn it and the rest follows.
- Upgrade steadily. Regular upgrades keep your car ready for the difficulty of the later levels.
- Collect rewards when safe. Never risk a crash just to grab a reward near an obstacle.
Plenty to keep you busy
With 200 levels, Drifty Master is one of the longest drifting games on the site. Levels are short, which makes it easy to play a few at a time and pick up where you left off.
Playing on a phone
Drifty Master is one of the drifting games that works best on a touch screen. The on-screen buttons sit under your thumbs, and because the car drives itself, you never need a third control. Hold the phone sideways, rest your thumbs on the buttons and use quick taps rather than long presses. If a level feels harder on the phone than on a computer, give it a few attempts: touch timing improves quickly with practice.
