About Furious GT Drift

Furious GT Drift is a mission-based drifting game set on floating arenas high above the ground. There are 51 arenas to work through, each with a goal to complete, and seven different types of mission keep the challenges varied: sometimes you smash through snow, sometimes you face a rival car, and always you must keep your tyres off the kerb.

Alongside the missions, you build up a garage of eight cars and a set of skills. Upgrading your cars and unlocking skills makes the later arenas more manageable, so every completed mission feeds into your next attempt. It is one of the most substantial drifting games on the site.

How to play Furious GT Drift

Choosing your controls

On the first screen, the game asks how you want to drive. Choose keyboard and mouse to steer with W A S D or the arrow keys, or choose mouse only if you prefer. You can usually change this later in the settings.

Drifting in the arenas

The arenas float in mid-air, so precision matters. Approach each corner with speed, turn in and let the rear of the car slide out, then steer to hold the line. The golden rule is in the game's own description: never touch the kerb.

Missions, rivals and upgrades

Each arena has a mission type, from clearing snow to beating a rival car. Complete missions to earn rewards, then spend them in the garage and on skills. A better car gives you more margin for error on the tougher arenas.

Tips for flawless drifts

  • Slow down before the bend. Entering a corner too fast pushes the car wide onto the kerb.
  • Use smaller steering inputs. Over-correcting is the most common way to lose a drift.
  • Read the mission first. Knowing the goal before you start saves wasted attempts.
  • Replay early arenas. Earning extra rewards on easier arenas funds upgrades for harder ones.
  • Study the rival's line. When racing a rival car, watch where it goes fast and copy it.

A real drifting campaign

With dozens of arenas, several mission types and a garage to build, Furious GT Drift gives you goals that last far longer than a single session.

Building your garage

Eight cars may not sound like many, but each one changes how the arenas feel. Heavier cars are steadier through long slides, while lighter ones snap into a drift faster but punish clumsy steering. Spend your first rewards on the car you enjoy driving most rather than the one with the best numbers, because confidence counts for a lot when the kerbs are this close.
